Location was very close to the Iyotetsu train station.
I was disappointed that if you have tattoos, you're not allowed to use the hotel onsen. This policy was not disclosed until check-in, leaving me feeling embarrassed and excluded. Additionally, I found WiFi to be intermittently slow, which made it difficult to plan my daily activities.

Just a decent option for a trip in Matsuyama with great value for money. The hot spring was a real treat after a long day exploring the city. Try to enjoy the onsen during the quieter hours for a more relaxing experience.

Enjoy the onsen during off-peak hours for a more tranquil experience, as it can get crowded at times.

The location was superb, just a short walk from the Iyotetsu train station and nestled in a large mall filled with shopping and dining options. I loved the onsen experience, especially after a long day of exploring. The complimentary ramen and popsicles in the evening were perfect treats and added a cozy touch to my stay. The breakfast showcased a fantastic variety of dishes, although I found it slightly less impressive than the breakfast at Dormy in Wakayama. A minor downside was the smell of cigarettes lingering in the room, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable atmosphere. I also noticed that I couldn't get a Queen bed and had to settle for twin beds instead. Despite these small issues, I appreciated the comfortable bedding and friendly staff, making for a pleasant stay overall.

The hot spring onsen was a standout feature, offering a relaxing soak with a view. Late-night free ramen was a nice touch, perfect for refueling after a long day.
The noise from nearby bars can disrupt your sleep, particularly if you're sensitive to sound. Room sizes are also compact, which might pose a challenge if you arrive with multiple large suitcases. Car parking is inconveniently located, requiring a 400 to 600 meter walk to the hotel, which can be a hassle when hauling your gear.

The location is ideal, right near the Ookaido business street yet surprisingly quiet for a good night's sleep. The onsen is a highlight, especially enjoying a beer while reading free manga post-bath. However, the automated check-in/out process lacks personal interaction, which I missed. The closed foot bath due to rain was disappointing, and the proximity to potential noise from nearby bars could be an issue for light sleepers.
